Licensing & Regulatory Disclosures

Business-Purpose Financing Only

FundFastr offers commercial and business-purpose financing only. FundFastr does not offer loans intended primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

Loans secured by one-to-four-family residential property are available only when the property is acquired, owned, or used for a legitimate rental, investment, or other business purpose. FundFastr does not finance owner-occupied primary residences or second homes.

Borrowers may be required to provide business-purpose and non-owner-occupancy certifications. These certifications do not override the actual facts and circumstances of a transaction.

Principal-Lender Role

For loans originated by FundFastr, DLT Holding Company LLC acts as the principal lender and is identified as the original lender in the applicable loan documents. DLT makes the credit decision and funds the loan using its own capital or a bona fide warehouse or credit facility available to DLT.

DLT may retain, participate, sell, transfer, or assign a loan or an interest in a loan after closing, subject to the applicable loan documents and law.

FundFastr is not a bank, does not accept deposits, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal, state, or local government agency.

Individual Mortgage Loan Originator Disclosure

Oscar Valdez, NMLS ID #2820645, is a principal of DLT Holding Company LLC and is separately licensed as a mortgage loan originator sponsored by AML Funding, NMLS ID #1910591.

Mr. Valdez’s mortgage loan originator license and sponsorship apply only to mortgage-loan activities conducted on behalf of AML Funding in jurisdictions where he and AML Funding are authorized to act. His individual license and sponsorship do not license, authorize, or sponsor DLT Holding Company LLC or the FundFastr business-purpose lending program.

AML Funding is not the lender, broker, underwriter, servicer, or funding source for a FundFastr transaction unless AML Funding’s involvement is expressly disclosed in the applicable transaction documents.

Availability and Licensing

FundFastr’s products are offered only where permitted by applicable law. FundFastr does not represent that DLT Holding Company LLC is licensed as a consumer residential mortgage lender or mortgage broker.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to make, arrange, or broker a loan in a jurisdiction where the applicable activity would require an authorization that DLT or the relevant participant does not hold.

Brokers and Referral Sources

Third-party brokers and referral sources are independent businesses and are responsible for maintaining any licenses, registrations, or other authority required for their activities. FundFastr pays compensation only when the proposed arrangement and recipient are permitted under applicable law.

Credit and Underwriting

All programs, rates, terms, and proceeds are subject to change without notice. Every loan is subject to underwriting, due diligence, property review, documentation, approval, and the availability of funds. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or create a commitment to lend.

DLT Holding Company LLC provides equal access to credit and does not discriminate against applicants on any basis prohibited by applicable law.
